Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security protocol that requires users to provide two or more forms of authentication to verify their identity when logging into Tablion. MFA is implemented to improve security and reduce the risk of unauthorised access to sensitive information.

  1. To access their account settings on the Tablion platform, a user needs to click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the homepage.

  1. To enable multi-factor authentication on Tablion, a user needs to navigate to the "My Profile" section of their account page. From there, the user should click on the "Enable Multi-factor Authentication" button, which will initiate the process for setting up MFA for their account.

  2. To set up multi-factor authentication on Tablion, users will need to have an authentication app installed on their mobile device. Examples of such apps include:

Once the app is installed, users can proceed with setting up MFA on their Tablion account by clicking on Next Button.

  1. User needs to scan the QR code via their mobile and One-time password code and click "Next".

  2. After clicking next, User has successfully enabled MFA.
