User Accounts

Tablion user accounts represent an authenticated identity within Tablion, typically but not mandatorily assigned to one user.

Each user account has a role assigned by an Administrator (see User Roles in Tablion) which dictates what features of the system they can access.

Functionality of User Accounts

Users can:

• Edit their profile

• Change their password

• Enable or disable multi-factor authentication (MFA)

• Manage data passport applications and data requests (as relevant to their role)

• Access Administrator tools (Administrators only)
