# User Dashboards

Every user has access to a personalised dashboard; a page containing all of the immediately relevant data to their role, based on recent activity and interactions in the system.

Each user role has a different dashboard containing different information.

**Note:** All dashboards can also contain an 'Incomplete Actions' section when the relevant account has outstanding actions requiring their attention. This section may also only contain a notification that the account does **not** have any incomplete actions.

### Dashboard Types by Role

#### Administrator

The Administrator dashboard contains the following categories of information:

* 'My profile': Account information
* 'Notifications': Recent notifications, and a link to view all notifications
* 'Manage Data Passports': A selection of data passports that can be managed, and a link to view all data passports that can be managed
* 'Manage Data Requests': A selection of data requests that can be managed, and a link to view all data requests that can be managed.

#### Data Passport Approver

The Data Passport Approver dashboard contains the following categories of information:

* 'My profile': Account information
* 'Notifications': Recent notifications, and a link to view all notifications
* 'Manage Data Passports': A selection of data passports that can be managed, and a link to view all data passports that can be managed.

#### Data Request Approver

The Data Request Approver dashboard contains the following categories of information:

* 'My profile': Account information
* 'Notifications': Recent notifications, and a link to view all notifications
* 'Manage Data Requests': A selection of data requests that can be managed, and a link to view all data requests that can be managed.

#### Request and Passport Approver

The Request and Passport Approver dashboard contains the following categories of information:

* 'My profile': Account information
* 'Manage Data Passports': A selection of data passports that can be managed, and a link to view all data passports that can be managed
* 'Notifications': Recent notifications, and a link to view all notifications
* 'Manage Data Requests': A selection of data requests that can be managed, and a link to view all data requests that can be managed.

#### Researcher

The Researcher dashboard contains the following categories of information:

* 'My profile': Account information
* 'Data Passports': A selection of data passports that are available for the user to apply for, and a link to view all data passports that are available for the user to apply for
* 'Notifications': Recent notifications, and a link to view all notifications
* 'Data Requests': A selection of data requests that are available for the user to make, and a link to view all data requests that are available for the user to make.

#### Data Facilitator

The Data Facilitator dashboard contains the following categories of information:

* 'My profile': Account information
* 'Notifications': Recent notifications, and a link to view all notifications
* 'Data Requests': A selection of data requests that are available for the user to make, and a link to view all data requests that are available for the user to make.

#### Data Team Member

The Data Facilitator dashboard contains the following categories of information:

* 'My profile': Account information
