Manage Data Passport Applications

The "Manage Passport Applications" page compiles a comprehensive list of passport applications that have been submitted, closed, and approved by assigned data Passport Approvers.

What information is available in the Submitted tab?

The "Submitted" tab exhibits a collection of data passports that have been submitted for approval to a specific data Passport Approver.

• The Reference is the unique identifier assigned to each data Passport in Tablion.

• The User field shows the email address of the Researcher who is requesting a data Passport.

• The Data Passport Type shows which Passport the Researcher has submitted the Passport Application for.

• The Status field will indicate the current status of the submitted application, this will show whether the Researcher has Submitted or is 'In Progress' with the Passport Application.

• The Submitted Date field will display the specific date when the application was submitted.

What information is available in the Approved tab?

The "Approved" tab presents a list of data Passports that have been approved by a specific data Passport Approver.

• The Reference is the unique identifier assigned to each data Passport in Tablion.

• The User field shows the email address of the Researcher who has requested a data Passport.

• The Data Passport Type shows which Passport the Researcher has submitted the Passport Application for.

• The Status field will display the current Status of the Passport application. Because these are sitting within the Approved tab, each Passport Application Status will show 'Approved'.

• The Approved Date field will display the date when the Passport Application was approved.

• The Approving User field will display the name of the data Passport Approver who approved the data Passport Application.

• The Expiry Date field will display the date on which the data Passport will expire for the Researcher.

What information is available in the closed tab?

The "Closed" tab presents a list of data passports that have been closed. This includes Passport Applications that have been denied, have expired or have been revoked by the data Passport Approver.

• The Reference is the unique identifier assigned to each data Passport in Tablion.

• The User field shows the email address of the Researcher who has requested a data Passport.

• The Data Passport Type shows which Passport the Researcher has submitted the Passport Application for.

• The Status field will display the current Status of the Passport Application. Because these are sitting within the Closed tab, each Passport Application Status will show whether it has been revoked, expired or denied.

• The Denied Date field will display when the Passport Application was revoked, expired or denied.

• The Denying User field will display the name of the data Passport Approver who revoked or denied the data Passport Application.
