Viewing historical user data

Historical user data can only be viewed by Administrators.

Historical user data includes details from a chosen user's profile, including the following fields:

  • First name

  • Email address

  • User type.

How to view historical user data

  1. Select 'Admin tools' from your username dropdown.

  1. Select 'Versions'.

  1. Select 'View versions' from the 'Users' row.

  1. Select 'See versions' from the row of the user you wish to view the historical data of.

  1. Select the date/time you wish to view the historical data from.

  1. Review the historical data passport data. Version fields are defined as follows:

  • Id: Tablion's technical, non-configurable identifier for this user

  • Date_joined: The date the user registered for Tablion

  • Is_active: Whether or not a user is active

  • Display_name: The user's first name. If the user does not have a first name configured, this will instead list their email address

  • Email: The user's email address

  • Role: The user's role.

Note: Blocking a user does not create an instance of historical/version data.

  1. If you wish to review the historical data as raw JSON, select the 'Raw Data' tab.
